DOCS

How to use TintYield

Create an account, add a roll with its total feet and purchase cost, then record a job using that roll. Each job deducts film and estimates material cost as (used feet ÷ original roll feet) × roll cost, rounded to cents. Margin is revenue minus material and entered labor. Stages move Quoted → Installed → Closed. This is not tax, legal, or safety guidance.

FIELD NOTES / JOURNAL

When a busy bay hides a thin margin

Most small shops can quote a job. Fewer can quickly reconcile what film was actually consumed, especially when cuts and rework eat a roll faster than expected. Start with accurate measurements and supplier invoices; use TintYield to surface assumptions, not certify outcomes.
